Yes, we do accept dental insurance plans on a non-assignment basis.  This means that we require that the accounts be settled at the time of service, but we will electronically submit all claims on your behalf.  In other words, we will take care of the paperwork.  If you prefer to do your own insurance submissions, we can complete the correct coding to facilitate your submission.

The Canadian Dental Association recommends bringing your child by age one or within six months of their first tooth appearing. Early visits help detect issues early and build positive dental habits.

During your first visit, we will take the time to understand your needs and perform an oral examination.  For toddlers, we may use our lap to lap approach with a parent.   We may use a small bed for your child to lie on while our staff/dentist examines your child.  This can be helpful to allow your child to see your face and provide extra reassurance for them during the examination.  We will then review our findings and discuss any preventive strategies or developmental concerns.  Feel free to ask questions. 

Yes, we provide same-day emergency dental appointments for issues like toothaches, chipped teeth, or sudden dental pain at both our Vancouver and Burnaby locations.
